An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the successful, multi-agency Northamptonshire Youth Offending Service, aiming to reduce reoffending by working with young people, their families and victims.

This vacancy is for an Administrator based at our well established offices in Northampton and Kettering with responsibilities to support a countywide Administration Service. You will be the first point of contact for young people, their families, practitioners and professional staff and ideally you will have previous experience of working in a customer led environment, whilst maintaining confidentiality at all times. The ideal candidate will be flexible to take on a variety of tasks, including minute taking, whilst communicating confidently, effectively and professionally.

We need to appoint a self-motivated, organised Administrator in our requirement to deliver a high quality support service for Practitioners and the Management Team. Accuracy, attention to detail and use of initiative is required when raising and processing invoices, minuting meetings, correspondence and diary management. The successful candidate must have a confident working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft packages (including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Internet), and experience of using client databases/computerised systems. The ability to prioritise your workload/schedule, be systematic whilst achieving deadlines, in a highly performing and changing environment, is essential. An understanding of confidentiality and data protection is imperative.

The salary range for the position is £19,528- £21,487 pro rata, per annum. Full Time Hours, Monday-Friday between our Northampton and Kettering Offices. We are looking for someone who can be flexible to meet the needs of the business.
