Come and join a small but dynamic Workforce intelligence Team. This important role will see you involved in the design and delivery of Workforce Intelligence to our three partner councils, Milton Keynes Council, Cambridgeshire County Council and Northamptonshire County Council. You will have the opportunity to influence and shape the HR Intelligence we provide to our organisations; which ranges from staff turnover, absence and establishment data to more advanced workforce planning profiles. This role will also play a key role in the completion of statutory workforce returns and surveys. You will need to be adept at report production and data manipulation, with very strong excel skills and a desire to drive business improvement. You must have a keen eye for detail and to be able to function successfully in a pressurised environment as you will be juggling multiple pieces of work to tight deadlines. You will have the support of some highly skilled colleagues and this challenging area of work is extremely rewarding.
