You will have heard in the news about the challenges that Northamptonshire County Council faces. We have the opportunity to undertake one of the most ambitious and challenging Transformation Programmes in local government that will support the delivery of significant programmes of work to meet those challenges, and drive the necessary changes to all its services to support all of Northamptonshire’s residents in the new Local Authority governance.

We need to recruit highly experiences people with the right skills and abilities to drive this ambitious change at pace and scale, and ensure we are able to plan, coordinate and deliver the significant improvements and financial stability that is needed in Northamptonshire.

Within each programme we are looking for Programme Managers, Project Managers, Business Analysts and Project Support Officers. If you have a background in any of these areas, along with the determination and drive to make a difference and would like to be part of the change for Northamptonshire, we would like you to submit a brief Expression of Interest along with your CV. The Expression of Interest should set out which role you are interested in, summarise your knowledge, skills and experience, and your reasons for wanting to be considered. This should be no longer than a single side of a page.

Please note that the Job Descriptions provided can be service specific, whereas the roles available could cover a range of different services. Flexibility is essential, as is the ability to transition from one project to another as required throughout the life of the programme. We are particularly interested in receiving applications from professionals with experience of delivering change management at various levels of an organisation.
