The ICT Service have been supporting education since 1995. Proud to be the largest supplier of education technology services in Cambridgeshire. Providing valuable services to Maintained and Academy schools within Cambridgeshire and beyond.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Technical Support Engineer to join our Technical Support Team.

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be providing our customers with valuable technical knowledge, advice and guidance. Supporting them across a wide variety of hardware, technologies and software.

Ideal candidates will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Able to demonstrate a 2nd line technical support skillset, including the ability to support and troubleshoot Microsoft server and client operating systems and hardware, web filtering, wireless management, mobile device management and phones systems.

Knowledge of cloud technologies and platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Gsuite would also be advantageous.

The role will require travel within the county, a full driving licence and access to a vehicle will be a requirement.
