A unique opportunity for health and social care professionals with an interest in learning disabilities to join our fully integrated multi - disciplinary team.

If you are an energetic and motivated health or social care professional with a commitment to excellence in practice and ambitious outcomes for people with a learning disability, then this role will appeal to you. You will have the necessary experience and leadership skills to manage a team of dedicated, dynamic and highly skilled multi-disciplinary professionals managing complex cases within the community. With solid legal literacy, strong communication skills and an ability to influence change, you will work alongside other dedicated managers, developing a network of support and resilience within the service.

The Learning Disability Partnership (LDP) is a nationally recognised fully integrated health and social care service that delivers seamless community support to adults across Cambridgeshire. We’re proud to offer a service with professionals who work cohesively together to the benefit of our service user and carers.

The successful candidate will work closely with an existing Team Managers to enhance the management capacity in teams, ensure consistent best practice is maintained across health and social care, and to support our continued success in the delivery of our ambitious Transforming Care Plans.
