The Employers services and systems team is looking for a new Team Leader to manage an innovative team responsible for the control and maintenance of "Altair", our Pensions Administration software. The team is also responsible for a number of statutory activities, including the production of annual benefit statements for over 80,000 members and the collection of membership data from over 400 employers.

The Team Leader (Systems) will support the Employer services and systems manager in developing the annual work plan of the Systems team, including a number of statutory activities and projects. The team leader will manage the delivery of planned activities in a timely manner to ensure that all statutory deadlines are met in full. The team leader will also be required to ensure the completion ad hoc activities and respond to legislative changes, as required. The team leader will be the main contact with our pension software provider to plan, arrange and complete maintenance of our pensions administration software to ensure the security and integrity of pensions data and compliance with statutory legislation. The team leader will also be responsible for managing training and support for system users and managing access to the system, for colleagues, as required.

The successful candidate will oversee the monthly collection of data and take a lead role in ensuring the integrity and quality of the incoming data, working with colleagues to develop innovative automated solutions for checking and reconciling data.
