Systems Support Officer (Learning and Development) - (12 months Fixed Term) – NCC

We are looking for a systems support officer, with experience in developing and maintaining a Learning Management System (LMS), to support the implementation of an updated learning platform over the next 12 months.

You will have a proven track record in the maintenance of multiple systems across a single service, including reporting requirements to customers and colleagues. You will work closely to support colleagues in the effective use of systems within the team, providing advice and guidance where needed. You will be proficient in the use of technology, have excellent communication and facilitation skills with experience of working with others. You will be curious about new technologies and willing to adapt quickly to incorporate these into the service offer where possible.
Experience in the development and maintenance of an LMS is critical to the success of this role.

The role will report into a Senior Learning and Development Advisor in the Leadership and Digital Team.

You will have proven:
- experience in developing and maintaining a Learning Management System (LMS)
- understanding of the application of eLearning authoring tools
- understanding of ePortfolio software
- maintenance of a team SharePoint site
- maintenance of web pages (intranet and extranet)
- understanding of the use of apps and other learning technologies.
- experience of generic business systems and tools e.g. Microsoft Office
