We are looking for an enthusiastic person with an asset based approach to community work, someone who believes in supporting people to help themselves and each other.

The purpose of the role is to encourage and facilitate collaborative working to strengthen communities.

A key focus of this role will be Time Currencies, leading on supporting, developing and monitoring the day-to-day delivery of our innovative Cambridgeshire Time Credits Programme (https://www.cambridgeshire.gov.uk/council/communities-&-localism/time-currency/time-credits/) which is co-delivered with an external provider. The necessary training and support will be given for this.

The postholder will also engage with the Cambridgeshire Timebanking Partnership (the forum which brings together coordinators of the county’s Timebanks - https://www.supportcambridgeshire.org.uk/timebanking/) to support the strong development of Timebanks across Cambridgeshire.

Fixed term up to 31 March 2021, with the possibility of extension if funding allows.
